Please forward the following to our office as soon as possible regarding your case:
- The contract, information forms, medical and general release forms
- The declaration page of your auto insurance policy or copy of your insurance card (if you are insured)
- Copy or original accident or police report
- Copies of any bills or receipts related to this incident that are in your possession now
- Forwarded photographs of injuries, scene of the incident or vehicle, if available
Other important information:
- Do not give a statement to anyone regarding the incident unless instructed to do so by your attorney.
- Call us if your physical condition worsens or if you improve and the doctor releases you from treatment.
- Your attorneys are also registered nurses (RNs). We will be happy to recommend medical resources for the appropriate treatment and therapy needed for your particular injury.
- Let your attorney know if you do not have medical insurance, but need further medical treatment.
- You must have a doctor’s excuse in order to claim lost wages.
